The image is interestingly dreamlike, but there were a few too many areas where
you could have done a little more work.  For example, the shape of the mouth on
the large head is rather odd.  I rather like the sky and the whatever-it-is in
the background.

Quite a nice setting. I thing leaving out the poser model in the background

I feel this image pushes the limits of topicality. Now that can be good or
bad, depending on whether you believe its too far or not. I'm somewhat on
the fence on this one. I really like the image, but I was having difficulty
grasping its relevency. The textures do look fluid-like, but something was
missing for me to convince me completely. Again, this isn't a knock on the
image. I think its great, but I'm just still left wondering about how to
accept it with the topic.

You're right, the water looks more like plastic wrap--needs more turbulence.
Nice concept, nice composition, something wrong with the large face's mouth.
