===== From agage@csee.usf.edu: Nice attention to detail. ===== From xeo@home.com: Excellent detail! But.... If a kid came off that slide too fast, he'd end up hitting the stairs(don't worry, I don't deduct points for safety hazards in a scene :) ) ===== From jerry@hoboes.com: Good detail all around. Is there a door/passage to the "gents changing room", though? I can't see one. It looks like the sign points to a brick wall. ===== From jasondinger@hotmail.com: isn't it kind of dangerous for the water-slide to lead into the stairs? someone might get hurt. ===== From gregj56590@aol.com: Everything is absolutely perfect except the flow of water around people, unless they literally are "water wings!" I like the consistent construction of all the objects. A few mechanical problems: what's with the outlet of the green tube?? Does the yuk from people's bodies at the shower drain right into the pool? Do people pick up their mail poolside? ===== From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de: When using several arealights it is generally advisable to turn ambient light level down to almost 0 to avoid flat unshaded areas, like the backs of the people queueing for the dive platform. With bright weather outside the huge windows should contribute the major part of the illumination of the image, yet the light seems to come from lightsources somewhere in the middle of the hall, as one can see from the shadows of the slide tower. Did you ever look at people swimming? They don't lie _on_ the water, but are almost completely submerged. A human body's specific weight is almost equal to that of water (depending on the amount of air in the lungs). ===== From Varyk@aol.com: The attention to detail is nice here, though I doubt the "shallow end" wo= uld rate such a huge sign. Judging by the shadows swimmers cast, the sha= llow end is the same depth as the deep. There has to be a better way of = doing the wakes left by swimmers, but I don't know enough yet to suggest = one. The slide might benefit from some visible means of support other th= an a sheet of glass. Maybe the railings on the steps are removed when th= e pool is covered, I'm more worried about hitting the steps at the end of= the slide. Nice composition! ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: The splash wakes are questionable, but the main water surface itself is very good. Good lighting. Great variety of characters throughout the scene, really bring it to life. Chairs are almost twice as large as they should be. So are the signs. Doesn't the slide need a few support pylons? ===== From Martial@Biosys.net: Good work with sPatch, I need help it ;-)
