===== From prizog@hotmail.com: Bryce's interface is unfriendly, true, but mostly it's so beautiful that you forget the unfriendlyness. Then you go to POV-Ray and note that the supreme lack of interface (except the windows & maybe mac version) leaves you with more freedom than any interface. This is the way of the hacker. ===== From jerry@hoboes.com: Nice objects in this scene. The knobs on the levers are perhaps too shiny; the textures on everything except the hourglass and blue/red pipes are a bit flat. I like the pump/filter with the digital readout. Very simple (looking at least) but aesthetically pleasing. Nice sky/water out the window also. ===== From Sean_Hamilton@amrcorp.com: Great idea! the objects each look great individually. The image looks fuzzy (or maybe foggy) and it lacks life or action. Perhaps if water were flowing into the sphere? ===== From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de: The lighting is quite boring, because the main light source is almost at the same position as the camera, only higher, moving the light source sideways makes for far more interesting shadows and less "flat" looking images. ===== From johnson@pharmacy.arizona.edu: High tech scores for overcoming the limitations on Bryce to make a very good, non-'Bryce-ish' image. Well done. ===== From jaime@ctav.es: A Bryce-non-landascape entry! Looks nice! Keep brycing! ===== From Varyk@aol.com: Cute concept! I'm not sure why one would need the axes of rotation on th= e sphere when it's fixed in place by the pipe. If Bryce is so unfriendly= , maybe you should try some other program. Sounds too much like work to = me. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Funny! I wish the image was larger, and showed more of the scene outside the window.
