There is a lot of great detail here that I could not see 
without messing with the gamma.  I would like to see 
more ambient light in the room and softer shadows.  I 
especially like the icicles and the outside landscape.  
These subtle additions really make the image work.

I sure hope Santa makes it.  He looks like he may be 
stuck.

Very nice, I especially like the fire forks and the christmas tree, and the
boots of course. However, the shadows in the corner are very sharp - I think 
softer shadows, and perhaps some extra details around the windows, would make 
this image perfect.

Definitely looks like a lot of effort went into this scene.  Very good job.  I
especially like the fireplace tools, the clock, the reflection of the tree in
the window, and the bits of magic around Santa.  Child is a little bit too
tall.

the window is much too simplistic, and really can't
exist that way in reality.  Take a look at a real window,
and you'll see how complex it is.

The lighting is just marvellous, giving the scene that fairy-tale look. The low
detail level in the tree works well in this image. The only weakness I spotted
were Santa's boots, which look distinctly sPatchy - some wrinkles and a little
less highlights might help.

Amazing idea!  The tree and the little girl both look great!  The ONLY thing
that I have a small problem with is the colours on the celeing...how can I say
it, they look a little blocky.  I'm not sure where that light is coming from
either.  The tree?  But great image!
