===== From bobfranke@halcyon.com: I like the plane and height field for the desert. The image can be improved by just continuing to add those small details that make all the difference, and of course take time. The columns need more detail and some markings on the plane will help. ===== From caleb@chemeng.uct.ac.za: Very nice - visually appealing ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Interesting, although a little barren. The distant sands are good, the nearby pillar textures are not. Nice modelling on the airplane. An off-center airplane would help the composition. ===== From djconnel@flash.net: I like the plane. However, the scene still needs a lot of work. The texture of the sand isn't optimized, for example.... it looks like plastic. Additionally, there is nothing that shows "first encounter" here... the plane is at extremely low altitude, and appears to be flying past random stuff. In general, the best thing is to focus on textures..... they are what really make excellent images work well. ===== From east103@dialaccess.com: Nice plane. ===== From dnash@umich.edu: I like the overall idea, and the airplane + desert, but I think the columns could be a bit better -- right now, they look almost polished, when I'd expect a 1000+ year old ruin in a desert to be weatherbeaten. Also, I can't recognize the statue's head as such. ===== From ethelm@bigfoot.com: Liked your Fokker Triplane. I hope he has some speed on otherwise he is about to pancake into the sand dunes! ===== From blaineholmes@hotmail.com: I like your plane. ===== From jaime@ctav.es: Very good pushing of the topic. You mixed very well what you wanted to do with the theme of that round. And it is an original one...
