Now, about your image, its really good, and I especially like the subtle effect
of the purple/lilac light, and the sparks are done very well.

The modelling is pretty good and I like the detail of the 
open bottomed plug and the glow from the switch.  The 
image is very, very marginal for topicality.  The big 
problem though is textures.  The worn cord isn't bad and 
the power bar is ok, but the floor is very dull and is made 
of a single piece of "wood".  Also, the metal parts of the 
plugs, with the simple matte finish, look like cardboard.  
A closeup, especially one of a simple subject, lives or 
dies on detailed texturing.
