===== From sammy@cube.net: Wonderfull! I love your picture! Did you ever render it at a higher resolution? I would love to use it as Backdrop! I definitely think you should win this round! ===== From spanky@wpi.edu: You know what, you are a damn creative person. You did an awfully good job with this scene, especially the manner in which you created it. ===== From denny1@home.com: Looks complicated. I wonder what it is transporting? Your signature is worked into the image very well. It is visible without being distracting. The "C" is slightly clipped, but I assume that was intentional. ===== From gregj56590@aol.com: Elegant. Simple. Beautiful. Breathtaking. Theme score upped after reading your text. ===== From Nathan@Kopp.com: nice metal texture. very pleasing to the eye I think a better sky could have been found, but what you have does fit with the image and does look good. This one will be my wallpaper for a while. :-) ===== From Alain.Culos@bigfoot.com: But you are a programmer of sorts. You may not know much about C but if you master pov-ray enough to do that you can go about C, there'll be a learning curve of course. What you need on top of programming skills to program things like pov-ray is maths or some maths since all is about intersecting a ray with a surface and calculating the colour in that point. But there are many ways you can contribute to pov : the docs, tutorials, nice images like this one you submitted, ideas for features, ... A very good entry. ===== From shipbrk@gate.net: Nice looking image; interesting way of constructing the bridge. ===== From ethelm@bigfoot.com: This image is strangely attractive . The sky and water are very real . The bridge is very alien , mysterious ,and intriguing with its fractal quality . Very good. ===== From gshaw@monotix.co.za: Wonderful. really really nice. The water texture is very good, the bridge lookes incredibly complex I agree with you re the scene language. I haven't yet found a modeller that I can use. ===== From m.r@lemel.fr: Well ! Good good algorithm ! Nicely image ;-) Martial ===== From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au: Very nice chromework, water, clouds. Artistically and technically strong, but it seems to miss out somewhere because there is nothing else in the image. Some people or some buildings on the structure, or a ship in the sea, or something flying past... all these would help. ===== From jull43@ij.net: I am just not excited by this one no matter what the verbiage to fit it into the contest. ===== From r@pc4.cs.siu.edu: funny Notable for composition ===== From r@209.155.62.50: Pretty. ===== From r@h-207-228-65-89.dial.cadvision.com: i feel this is a very well done, well organized piece.. i imagine it must have taken a long time to make... and a long time to render.. Notable for textures, modelling, originality
