I really like your fog/background.  It seems you run into a problem with scale
in certain parts of this image.  For example, your ship seems as big as your 
castle, and that Loch Ness type monster is absolutely gargantuan!  The box in
the foreground with the winch is nice, the wood looks really good.  This image
has alot of potential, and I think you should continue revising it as you 
learn new techniques......Good luck!

Making the nails in the foreground off-kilter (not lining up) is a nice
touch.

I like where the view is taken from. I like the castle on top of its island.
The engine at the back of the baloon appear to be way too heavy for the baloon.
Nice V formation (geese, swans, B747 ?).
The snake's skin looks odd, but maybe it is not that bad, since it's a sea snake, it should probably look like some sea creature which it somewhat does.
The anchor is about to fall, beware. And one of the splashes around a whale tail looks like it's out of the water (will you do a close up on that one to verify ?).
Very good use of fog, nice sky.

Beautiful image.  I like the way the snake's head and 
neck echo the castle on the spire.  The composition of 
this image is good.  The snake needs a bit more texture 
and the head needs more detailed modelling, and there 
may be just a hair too much fog for my taste, but this is 
an eerie and excellent image.

Nicely balanced and composed image - the distant birds and balloon really make
it. The seprent looks a bit plastic though, and the boat looks like a bathtub
toy. Nice detail int he foreground and the peak itself.

Castles had a specific purpose. Mixing them with "monsters" does not work. Even dragons flew into them.
