===== From sshaw@fas.harvard.edu: I don't know if this is just a monitor issue, but the image is so dark that I could only see a dim ghost with something behind it. All of the ground, trees, ferns, and such are impossible to see. When I downloaded it and messed with the color map I found them, but the image as presented is very hard to see. ===== From brendthess@aol.com: Nice phantom, good stone wall, odd vegetation. The ferns are far too symmetrical, with the right-angle branching pattern. ===== From kistler@nevada.edu: I like the atmosphere, but the "apparition" doesn't convince me. ===== From nijman@nmtrix.com: Don't blame this on 3D Max quit using this nice package, bet you didn't even buy a copy. ===== From johnson@pharmacy.arizona.edu: Ok, it just doesn't look all that ghostlike to me. ===== From jull43@ij.net: Just another fantasy image. ===== From sdevet@istar.ca: The background looks much nicer than the ghost. Very realistic, great lighting, but the ghost seems like an afterthought, not really fitting in. A greyish, foggy ghost might have been better suited for this image. ===== From file: Whatever this is. Much too dark. ===== From file: Too dark, when I looked at the larger picture I realized what was actually going on but still, really, really dark.
