The major problem seems to be the trees, and you used a borrowed macro! Maybe

Allow me to digress on the subject of topicality.  There are 
many images this round that attempt fantasy themes.  Most 
of them, to my mind, are off topic.  "Unbelievable" is 
largely a matter of context.  An elf, for example, in a 
fantasy world is not unbelievable.  A denizen of such a 
world would take that in stride.  A cloud castle, however, is 
strange enough to stand out even in such a world, so it is 
on topic.  This sounds vague, but if you apply this criterion 
to the "fantasy" images this round, in practice it is razor 
sharp.  And most of them, unfortunately, get cut.  About this 
image:  I would have made the cloud shape a bit more 
puffy and irregular and carried that theme to the castle 
design, but this is a beautiful design, too.  Very unusual, 
with a strong Arabian Nights feel.  I like the rich golden 
light in the compound.  Very good image.

I like this, very much! The buildings look very nice, simple, yet
elegant. The only little problems I can see are that the "cloud" seems a
little too solid (more like thick smoke), and that the transition
between the black ground and the darkl blue syk makes it look like a
backdrop, rather than a sky.
