Antialiasing or focal blur would help this image a lot.  Reminds me of an

If your system can handle it, a larger size would have 
helped.  I also note some aliasing problems.  I like the 
lights on the roof and the plaza has promise, but the dead 
black background takes away contrast and clarity from the 
plaza and the ground level part of the image seems kind 
of sterile.
