The flowers are great!  I would have liked to see more work on the textures, I
think the textures included with POV have too sharp colour variations.  Also
normals help a lot in adding realism.

A nice image, though I think you would improve it by 
translating your textures individually for each wood and 
brick object. This would give a little variation to each 
object and make the image less uniform.

I do not understand how the lighting of this scene is done, particularly when

I like the concept, but feel you could have done a lot more with it. There is a
lot of empty space in the composition, and the walls and ground look too clean.
The drainage grates (is that what they are) have very odd lighting and shadows
on
them - it's hard to see what shape they are meant to be. The actual flowers
look
quite good - but I'd like to see them closer so we can see the detail.
