Why the little tree and eagle? They seem out of place in such a sterile and
barren environment.  You should have added either more vegatation,
something/anything, or stuck to the rock garden theme and created some good
textures.

I have to applaud you on the clouds and moon.  Very realistic, although
shouldn't the moon be more shadowed/faded/distant.  It seems too near and
unfazed by the distortion of the atmosphere.

Your idea to pull from other cultures the concept of graden adds power to your
attempts.  You definitely knew how to approach the technical aspects of
creating
the scene, especially in trouble shooting the meshes.  Yet this still resembles
more of a landscape than a garden.  For me, a garden is an up close view of a
landscape.

Strange concept, looks good.
It actually looks more like ice rather than rock in my eyes.
The only negative feeling is that planet in the distance, it does not look
quite
right : too grey (black and white), too unaltered by the atmosphere as well. I
think it would be much nicer with a tinge of colour in it.

Very nice clouds! ;) Seriously, nice scene! The cold ambient is very well
achieved.
The terrain is beautiful, but has a bit strange finish. The overall composition
is 
good, with depth. Nice touch on the moon trought the clouds.

Technical - good effort, more personally done construction was expected
Artistic - nice cliffs, and the bird and tree are nicely placed, however
smoothing
      needed and definitely more personal input
Theme - sorry, but not really a garden in the true sense
