===== From bill@apocalypse.org: wood texture looks fake, I like the styrofoam texture. The seedlings really work. ===== From YaelParis@operamail.com: nice idea but deserved by the realisation. ===== From ianshumsky@hotmail.com: Great idea. I think the lighting works well in this image, but the cup seems *way* too big for the seed backet and wooken top. ===== From tom@tomandlu.force9.co.uk: Needs better textures and then it could really work. ===== From Alain.Culos@bigfoot.com: I like this one, very simple, but good looking. Nice shadows. Why flame yourself up ? Your garden's fine. I would have liked a more rugged surface for the earth in the pot though. And it is artistic, yes, there is something to it. I call that a good entry (not one of the best, but a good one). ===== From jaime@ctav.es: Great escape to the plants problem. Very funny! ===== From albiaprime@aol.com: Technical - Hard to find anything wrong. The cup is very realistic Artistic - nicely layed out picture Theme - the start of a garden? ===== From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au: Very nice styrofoam texture! I hate to say it, but the effort you put into the dirt is lost - it looks like a flat plane with a colour_map. The seedlings and seeds looks good. The rest of the composition is rather stark and bare, which lets this down.
