Excellent quality on the modelling and especially the texturing. Only drawback,
it doesn't look very "ruined", it looks in good repair actually. Other than
that, I would have placed it in the top 10.  Good work overall.

Pretty... I like the texturing, and the details on the upper 
rear left of the building.  This one would have scored a 
lot higher for me overall, but I get no sense that the 
building isn't still in use... there doesn't seem to be 
anything that implies the building is abandoned or 
deserted.

Lighting
is great, as the textures. I only find a little contrast bettwen the procedural
