DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


This is my last-minute entry into the IRTC; I spent maybe a few hours
designing the macro that creates the buildings.  It doesn't do as much
as I would have liked, but the results were pleasing enough.  An 
excersize, really.  

There are 90,000+ objects in this scene, most of them windows.  The 
background is a very simple sky-sphere, and I put a basic road on the 
ground plane to spice it up a bit.  

This image was rendered with the radiosity switch, to give it that glow.
