===== From loomsbury@yahoo.com: Interesting... A little more detail next time? Cute idea though. Also, that white line is a little close to the curb. How wide are ant cars? ===== From scarmig@ohmss.com: That's a big ant! (I'm assuming it's supposed to be that way!) You've got a great start going here! You might want to look into heightfields for things like asphalt and concrete and keeping working on textures as well! ===== From tony@j4tb.com: The bricks look good a well placed effort. (I'll have to try your trick.) The ant also looks very nice. The graffitti though nice seems to glow. The fog seems too thick it makes the picture look grainy. ===== From whhale@nvl.army.mil: Good use of lighting. Need to work on your scale. The ant seems too large ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Nice concept. The ant needed to look a bit more natural... too plastic like. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Actually, this is pretty cool-looking. I like the graffiti, and the ant looks good too. I also like the range of colors for the bricks. The graininess of the media adds an interesting effect, which I think some people will like and some people won't... I think it's a matter of personal taste. The lamppost and sidewalk are fairly basic and could use some work to make them more realistic, I think. ===== From tonyv@iafrica.com: Very bland. Could have done with a little more detail. Papers, cigarette stompies (sorry! butts), soft-drink cans, etc. ===== From peter@table76.demon.co.uk: The details that are in the scene are good, but I think it would benefit from some litter. Using transparency in layered textures could be used to add a layer of dirt to the pavement - make it look a little less clean. ===== From file: Funny!
