This is the most original scene I've seen. (Got a chuckle out of it.) The signs are good and the basic structure is good. I'm probably not the first to tell you you need to add more texture, shadow and finish to the scene.

I love the concept of this one, and all the jokes in the 
scene.  The tin man looks good, and the neon lettering 
in the pawn shop.  Shows a lot of creativity and a lot of 
potential.

This is an interesting concept, but I feel a lot more could be done with it.
I know it's the emerald city, but the colouration is just too uniform - some
different shades would add interest. Modelling and texturing could use some
development.
