Your truck looks the best. Your pedestrians also look very good. The whole scene really looks awsome. Your city stands alone in its beauty with out having to make the drunk the focus. The way the scene is drawn really I think focuses on the city and the drunk sleeping the day away is just part of the city. Great attention to detail

Very nice scene... I like the use of small spots of color 
to draw attention to the little details of the scene.  The 
basketball backboard seems a little angular, though, and 
I'm not sure what the black and gray line on the left side 
of the street is supposed to be.

Now this is The City! Traffic, businessmen, homeless, construction, graffiti.
Good attention to putting the pieces together and some nice detail touches.
Could use some further detailing - the pavement looks too perfect and the
street too clean. Otherwise, very nice.
