Your buidlings are very corral reefish or what I would expect to underwater city to look like. The aqua atmostphere with the light shining through really makes the image. Makes you 'feel' underwater. Improvments - Extend the blue atmostphere closer to the camera you start the lose the effect with the closer buildings.

This is nice... good use of color and repeated shapes.  
The rays of light seem too well-defined, maybe?
