Your hot air balloons are the best feature of the image. The only negative is that the landscape and city looks sort of cartoony relative to the background and the balloons.

I like the use of lots of small spots of color amidst the 
predominant colors of grey and white.  The shaping of 
the balloon in the foreground looks good.  The snow on 
the mountains in the foreground looks a little blobby, 
though.

I love the sky in this imagep; great coloring. The snow in 
the mountains, however, needs some work. In particular, 
the snow up close is too think, making it look like 
shaving cream. In the distance, the snow looks grainy.

A nice image, though composed of fairly simple looking modelling. This has
good compositional and colouring elements. I think if you work on your
modelling and detailing skills things will come together nicely.
