IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 


The competition gave me the chance to create an image I had in mind
for a long time. A big SF city like those from the old SF movie
Metropolis seen from a passengers perspective.
My goal was to show the fear which you could feel in such an environment
and at the same time the hope to get out of the depressing situation.
The mindbending bigess of the city speaks fot itself. And the small
Airplane in the sky should be the symbol of hope.

I searched the web for 'big city' buildings and found some here:

It's the coruscant city in the star wars section.
These buildings are created by maxer@wtal.de
The only thing I had to do, was placing them and doing some slight
fixes on the textures. 
Now I added some distance fog and an small airplane from 3dcafe to 
focus viewers attention to the sky.
