===== From elvish_archer@mailcity.com: this image is so detailed by a lot of textures it's really cool, man I like the swirling water above the salmon ===== From darwallace@earthlink.net: The image is stunning. Some good octopus or other unique sea creature would have boosted originality. ===== From pbourke@swin.edu.au: Very well done, the best fish I've seen so far. I thought the water surface was believable as well. Nice light rays. Perhaps a bit "busy". ===== From luisvaloyes@malditasea.zzn.com: excellent models and textures, the entire scene is very good. ===== From dvnss@mega.ist.utl.pt: Orca eats salmon?? ===== From tony@j4tb.com: Your fish look great but the water line is too dark. I would make the water line lighter. ===== From gregj56590@aol.com: Commendable image. SOmething about the horizon of the water just doesn't seem right. ===== From bbowen@cswnet.com: Excellent texturing, lighting, detailing. The scene composition is good too. I particularly like the wake effect. One sugestion: anti-aliasing, anti-aliasing, anti-aliasing. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: A very detailed scene where everything looks good. I especially like the shaping and detail on the fish and shark. ===== From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk: This is a very good looking image but the water is far too clear. Obviously a lot of work has gone into this and most of it has paied off. The water seems quite turbulent (judging by the surface), but all of the sea weed is sood up straight, you'd expect it to be drifting in all directions. ===== From delfeld@mailcity.com: With the lighting and atmospherics, the top fish looks like another shark. It confused me quite a bit until I figured out what you meant it to be. Good sea bed. The lighting turned out quite well. Work on how all elements - lighting, fish, sand, etc. - come together _visually_ (in a 2D image). ===== From file: Overall, very nice, good use of light, best fish so far. Didn't get the "feel" of an ambush though. Notable for lighting, composition, modelling
