===== From darwallace@earthlink.net: The submarines would have added to the realism, but its a nice image. ===== From pbourke@swin.edu.au: I loved all aspects of this except the feel that the rocks were the wrong scale.....perhaps this was intentional but I didn't feel comfortable with it. Maybe some vehicles moving between buildings would have been nice. ===== From dvnss@mega.ist.utl.pt: Sea cities are definitely the future!! ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Nice concept.... The one texture on the buildings is over used... ===== From tony@j4tb.com: Your buildings are impressive however a submarine or diver would be good to throw in a sense of scale. ===== From whitey@telefragged.com: It's not to scale, the textures are aweful (i hope you didn't pay for those), it's a cut and paste job. Lighting sucks too. ===== From gregj56590@aol.com: Pretty cool. ===== From frepe@ifm.liu.se: Quite nice, but you should have an object in the front to make the image more interesting. ===== From bbowen@cswnet.com: I just really like this. ===== From angelaperry@webcombo.net: Technically marvelous! The detail on the city structures, though perhaps simle to render, is impressive. It evokes a very, very realistic strong picture of a thriving futuristic underwater city. I would love to see the kind of detail you could have added with more time. ~A. Perry ===== From Alain.Culos@bigfoot.com: Yeah, why not. ===== From husakm@vscht.cz: Unrealistic looking rocks ... ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Nice scene... the sides of the cliffs look good, although the sharp straight edges at the top don't look very natural. Nice use of basic shapes to make a complex city element. ===== From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk: It's a good looking image. The water looks a bit too clear, and considering how far under water it all must be there's far too much light. So how about darkening it all considerably but having spotlights shining down from the highter sturctures and lighting the lower buildings. You can't argue with those prepacked textures they look perfect for the job. ===== From delfeld@mailcity.com: Looks like the futuristic space station images being painted in the 1970's to 1980's. Finish, by all means. . . start earlier, if you have to.
