Your tug boat looks great. The buoy also looks good. Both have tremendious
attention to detail. Your city and water could have been a little more detailed
but the lack of details in those areas compliment the image and bring focus to
the tug boat.

The good news...Great Tug.  Bad news...Too clean.  All tugboats show some sign
of wear. Rust, Stripped Tires, Old Ropes all of which would have helped make
this image more believeable.

Nice work on the tugboat and the buoy... they look very 
nice.  The buildings look good but don't really convey 
the sense of a large city stretching off into the distance 
like it seems they were intended to.  The sky seems a bit 
flat to me.

Great use of empty space.  The 1/3 - 2/3 height horizontal line composition is
an easy thing to like, even if it is hard to appreciate in terms of
compositional creativity.  Good work with the lighting and the superstructure
modeling.
