Your image is well composed and tons of potential. I would tone down the sun a
tad. Your water needs a lot of work, use another hight field and some texture.
The light house should be on some land even if it is a small island. I would
also enlarge the boat it looks like a toy in proportion to the pelican.

Never saw such a perfectly plane sea, that certainly detracts from the
image. The over one is distant haze (none there). The sun looks strange
too.
Over than that the scene is pretty well done.

The sun and sky look very pretty, and the lighthouse 
and ship look good.  The bird in the foreground has a 
nice shape, but both it and the rocks have a metallic 
shine that seems less than natural.  The water looks a 
little bit too smooth and glassy to me.  The birds in the 
distance look good, and add a nice touch to the scene.

The rocks look like wet mud, maybe you should give them a granite normal, the
sea looks unrealistically falt.

The sky repeats the sun's reflection visually, but there doesn't seem to be much
happening beyond that.  I'm really undecided whether I like this one or not! 
The darkness of it is really nice, even though that is unrealistic.
