Definitely an interesting concept.  I love the lighting 
effects inside the clam.  The plants seem a bit odd-
looking, though, and the simplicity of the fish doesn't 
mesh well with the complexity of the rest of the scene.

I think the theme is not well expressed in the final image, but there are some
nice things about it.  I like the right center seaweed pattern with the fish in
it.
