IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 

Since I live as far from the sea as one can live here in Belgium, I don't often
travel to the sea... so this is as far as the sea can get to me! And in the
end, isn't this where all sea life will wind up to be?


DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

I surfed the Net in order to view some real life brands of tuna, such as John
West or so. But since the tuna fishermen just catch 'em and can 'em, and don't
bother being present on the Net, I found myself drawing an imaginary label.

Then I drew a little lathe object, using MacMegaPOV's internal lathe editor.
Needs work, but it can pull the job.

Next thing was a plane with the standard pink granite texture from Textures.Inc,
and a gradient in the sphere (the colors in the gradient are the "Graphite"
colors Apple used in their G4s, some iMacs and an iBook.

Finally, I started rendering!
