Well laid out, nice proportions.  Converging lines lead my 
eyes away from the main object.  Lighting is not right.  
Sun has far too many rays.
Technically:
Excellent umbrella and chair, water looks good, too.
Rocks are far too pointy for a wind spwet desert.  Sand, 
sky and rock textures need some work.
Concept - perfect

Hmmm, yes, this is incongruous.  The strange juxtaposition is enhanced by
the other strange things in the scene: the salmon sky, bright halo sun,
foggy desert, craggy rocks, and sand that looks slightly leathery.
