The "sky" is only slightly overcast, but the lighting looks overcast. Background really needs work. Technically - lighting really is the biggest flaw. Thought the stands need to look better. For example, are the clouds volumetric rendering or merely an image map? The racetrack has a very strong pattern where the image map used for texturing repeats itself.
