===== From : Nice stained glass, but I can't see the kneeler ===== From batronyx@cadronhsa.com: Interesting and disorienting. It seems a bit dark. Maybe needs more fill lights? At first I thought I was looking up at a window from the kneeler's point of view and your bitmap was upside down. The projection should blur more as it comes closer to the camera and more of the floor showing up. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Pretty, but the fact that so much of the image relies on a bitmap took the tech score way down here. ===== From mwsny001@mweb.co.za: Interesting, but I think the shadows is a bit too black, makes it hard to figure out what's going on. ===== From tom@tomandlu.co.uk: Nice composition - high points for artistic. ===== From gshaw@monotix.co.za: A displacement map in POV? I assume you mean a bump map. Nice picture, sometimes simple is best. ===== From chris_hormann@gmx.de: The idea is great, composition looks nice too. Some media would have been good IMO. BTW, the window's 'shadow' should be more blurred with increasing distance to the object. ===== From youknow@ucan.foad.org: It's pretty, although I suppose that I probably should credit the original artist for most of that. But the angle was well chosen. ===== From delfeld@mailcity.com: Epistemology: Do the symbols of worship indicate worship itself? Standard question, which I am getting tired of repeating. . . not your fault, though, but rather that there are a lot of this type of symbol orientation in this competition's entries. Is there some other way to define worship than by reference? Axiology: Ontology: Swept up by the environment, we will never question our beliefs, and simply worship without question. What does this say for the freedom possible within creative reason? ===== From file: Although technically quite unimpressive, I like this peice quite a bit none-the-less. It has great effect, the contrast of stained glass with everything else black. I'm glad you didn't add any additional light sources. Great job.
