Neo-surrealism is rather ambiguous in thematic interpretation.  It seems clear
that there is an relation to 'fortress' (accidental or intended), but it is
difficult to tell what that might be, since it is only a symbol, and can be
taken a number of ways.  Why is it floating?  Is it a visual effect only?
