DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


Two scenes modelled and textured in Blender (foreground and background) and then
combined using Blender's sequence editor.  The background was blurred using the
zblur plugin for blender.  Blender's motion blur feature was used on the
foreground for the fly's wings.
