I like the scene, and the figures in it, but it looks too much computer
generated somehow to get much artistical merit by me.

The fire looks somehow like it was just sticked onto the picture, not sure why.
The lower lip looks lit by it, maybe this effect should be on other skin as
well?

Splitting the image in terms of light is an interesting trick, however!  
I do not think that this is the best representation of fantasy.  It should
probably be a more self-centered notion.  
It's a strange looking dragon, as far as it goes. . . sort of a muppet.  Even
still, it looks like you had fun with it.

Nice work on the dragon's legs and talons especially.  
The knight does not look bad at all for something mainly 
CSG.  I think the textures could use some work, and 
some trees or small buildings to flesh out the 
background might help the scene.

the floor looks like, ok the sword looks right.
