Reaper feels strange after hundreds years of hard work serving darkness and
decides to retire.


DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


Ground and the mountains are height fields gerated with Pov-Ray. I used surface
normals instead of fancy textures on them. The man is a blob. I think the
texture fits pretty well to the mood of the picture. Chain is made of blobs
also. The axe is simple CGS with a blob as a handle. When adding fog I noticed
that it causes a lot of strapes if viewed with 16bit high color. They disappear
in 32bit true color so I highly recomend using it. I hand-coded the whole scene
and this is my first serious try on large scene. I hope you like it.
