IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Upon getting seriously started in 3D last year (October), I realized the great community of 3D from all around the world and have grown to be a part of this 3D world.  

For this round, I decided to depict myself as being part of this 3D design world that we love so much we'll spend countless hours sitting in front of our computers late into the night to come up with one image...hoping to inspire others as works of others have inspired us.
DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
It all started when I was still wondering what image to create and then I just decided to start modeling items in and around me in my workspace.

Practically all items are produced, designed or photographed (NYC skyline on postcard) by myself with the exception of 3 items:
1) the monitor's screen (captured)
2) my favorite KTV's (Karaoke bar) business card (on wall - scanned)
3) Poser 4 model's head, hand and sweater

This scene took countless corrections, adjustments, renders and even crashed (due to power outage - I didn't save about 5 hours of adjustments, yeah .. yeah.. I know).

One thing daunting me however, is the radiosity glitch (appears on the business card spread and under the calendar) that I kept in order to maintain the complete mood.
