 I like the tone of the colors in this image.  It is nice to view and gives a
warm feeling (despite the snow).  The lighting may have been improved, and the
branches on the tree could go through some more improvement.  
 Perhaps some interactivity with the snowman would add to such an empty
landscape?  Such as roasting over the fire.  A little more realism to the fire
as well would do you some good.
