===== From the_dark_allies@hotmail.com: This scene looks like it would easily fit right into a children_s book on the south-pole. One thing it appears to lack though is a center point. What is the main theme/element here? Is there a story to this scene? The penguins have a nice color, though there appears to be streaks down the chests. The mountains in the background do add some background to the image, but appear to be too simplistic. It is hard to tell if some of them are supposed to be rocks for example. The modeling of the snow is a nice attempt, but perhaps too rough a touch? Adding some ice was nice to add in some variation. ===== From rjhansen@myrealbox.com: I'm glad to see something done with this program. I've downloaded it and played with it a little myself, but haven't got as much done with it as you have! Nice job on the penguins. ===== From pokorny@attglobal.net: Playing chess - one of the great snowbound games though if you are trapped with the family cards or monopoly is better... :-) ===== From tom@tomandlu.co.uk: Nice penguins - I don't see myself using it over pov, but I just downloaded Art of Illusion to check it out. ===== From edward_dixon2001@yahoo.com: Actually, it is quite easy to tell when it is winter in Antarctica - no sunlight! :-) ===== From lamere@speakeasy.org: Nice snow, penguins ===== From lrwii@joplin.com: Nice penguins. The forground mountains texture seem out of place. ===== From r@dsl092-065-152.bos1.dsl.speakeasy.net: Notable for modelling ===== From file: those are penguins! I like penguins!
