===== From the_dark_allies@hotmail.com: I enjoy this image, as I am a fan of WW2 military hardware. However, as you have mentioned the scenery is a little simplistic, it would have been nice to see what you had originally planned. The T-34 model you made I like, and I do hope you enjoyed making it, however for someone using rhino and 3dstudio max (software costing hundreds of dollars), I am looking at the image expecting so see something with a little more appeal. On my system the environment looks a little too purple, but perhaps that does happen in some cases in real life. Though the tanks tend to have too much of the same texture, and this really hurts them in lack of contrast. I do hope to see more from you in this area in the future. ===== From pokorny@attglobal.net: Nice start on the model. ===== From tom@tomandlu.co.uk: Hmm - excellent modelling on the tanks, but seems off-topic. ===== From edward_dixon2001@yahoo.com: The models are great, and nicely textured. If there was a little more to occupy the foreground, I'ld be giving top marks. I like the moody sky. ===== From lamere@speakeasy.org: Good models, great snow ===== From lrwii@joplin.com: I like the sky, snow and overall effect. The details I would add wouldn't be what you said in the description file. I add background hills, snow and dirt on parts of the tanks, maybe smoke from the engines. Then rename it HUDDLED ON THE FRONT. ===== From file: The best winter tank picture this round. Notable for textures, modelling ===== From r@dsl092-065-152.bos1.dsl.speakeasy.net: Notable for modelling
