I think that maybe making it more visible that mirrors are involved would
helped. It looks confusing with too many frames. I can't tell what the focus of
the image is.

I liked this image quite a lot.  In the same Leroy Whetstone used much
of his previous work in his "Liapd" image you have used yours.  I think
both of you hit on the fact that those of us hooked on rendering/ray
tracing do dream a lot about the images we are creating. Well done.
