DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

I have used a lot of lights in dark areas for global illumination  
instead of rendering with radiosity, and also spotlights generating 
small shines to enhance brights. The models are quite simple and 
they have nothing remarkable.
