The technique you have used to craft textures is remarkably effective. This
entire scene is quite lifelike. The prisoner's hands could be better 
positioned
in the overall pose (say, more like they are resting on his lap), but 
his pose
and demeanor are very expressive. This is excellent work.

Excellent work with the textures.  They look really nice.  
One thing which looks somewhat strange is the 
curviness at the top of the window frame.  Possibly 
removing the food (but keeping the plate) and creating 
some signs of wear in his clothes would add to the 
sense of prolonged isolation.
