===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: Aw cute! ===== From maarten_hofman@hotmail.com: It fits the theme, and it looks impressive, even though your description indicates it is quite simple. ===== From cherii@att.net: On my monitor, it looks more like a raccoon than a teddy bear. :) But, I really like how you got the effect of fur here. ===== From darwallace@earthlink.net: The forgotten teddy bear is a good idea, but I see little indication of neglect (dust, cobwebs, mold). ===== From awilcox@dreampeach.com: That's a fuzzy bear. ===== From beighton155@yahoo.com: A nice teddy bear all alone!very touching and i like how you made the fur. ===== From ruy@hipernet.com.br: This doesn't seem to be a fair depiction of the topic "Loneliness". ===== From helene.dumur@free.fr: I like it, his eyes look so sad ! ===== From dapigg2000@yahoo.com: Very commendable. I like that you used loops of cones rather than just simply using a macro. The modelling is fair, the wood is nice. Good use of CSG. ===== From cfusner@enter.net: The fur made of cones turned out quite well. Judging by the render time and the hardware used, it was obviously quite render intensive. Do you find that cones work better than tiny triangles for this work? I think triangles would have the advantage of being faster to render, but I'm not sure what effect this would have on the texture such a construct creates. ===== From wozzeck@club-internet.fr: Poor lonely bear :'| Your fur is a nice attempt. I wonder if it would support a more complex geometry, at least with more rounded arms and feet. Maybe some dirt too. ===== From tim.nikias@gmx.de: Nice image, but I don't really feel the loneliness in this one. Its a nice bear on a nice board, but otherwise... ===== From rclee@oklahoma.net: Nice'n fuzzy. Good job. Good textures on wall and wood. ===== From glenn@mccarters.net: Interesting that there are several "teddy bear" images in this = competition. Yours has the best model, I think. ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: The fur looks really good. The teddy bear is also modelled well, with the only major "defect" being the mounting of the eyes and nose, which lacks the expected indentation into the bear. I feel that the phong or specular highlight on the furry part of the detracts from its furriness. ===== From patrick@sypa.net: The only negative thing I see with this teddy is that the base texture is too shinny. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Cute... not bad for such a simple scene. The fur looks pretty good, but could probably benefit from some additional work. I like the texture on the wall, though. ===== From clem@dhol.org: Background is too sparse. Parts of the teddy seem a bit too lizardlike, rather than fuzzy.
