A good solid scene for a beginner.  Something you could work on might be 
composition (how the elements of your scene come together) and what story 
does your scene tell.  While this scene looks decent, I don't find it 
especially evocative.

The arch looks very good - the level of detail is 
excellent.  I find the drops of water too large and too 
opaque.  One addition I would suggest for this scene 
would be to add a little water on the petals of the flower.

Definitely a good scene considering the experience level 
of the artist.  The arch looks nice, as does the flower.  
The scale of various objects in the scene seems 
inconsistent, though, and the drops falling from the 
flower look rather simple compared to the rest of the 
scene.  Keep up the good work, though!

Is the flower supposed to be crying?  The flower textures 
are too plastic looking and, as you say, the water is a 
trouble spot.  The drops are too symmetrical as well.  I like 
the bush and the fence.  The growth on the arch isn't bad 
either.
