Excellent realism.  Good details like the water droplets and the table =

I like the lighting and reflections in this image.  
However, the reflection of the note on the surface of the 
table gives me the impression that it's floating somewhat 
above the table.  The water droplet is a nice touch.  
One possible improvement would be to put one or two 
pills into the pillbox.  It seems too empty to me.  One 
other minor detail is that the font used in writing the note 
doesn't seem to match with the pen used to write it.

Good idea.  Good image. Very focussed.  All I see to carp 
about is the texture of the pill bottle.  It looks more rubbery 
than plastic.
