===== From : The lighting could do with some improvement in this one. But I do love the image. It reminds me of the images in a childen's book I had ages ago. Having multiple loneliness stories in one scene was a bright idea. ===== From rgow@calweb.com: This reminds me of a magazine cover I saw somewhere when I was a kid. I like it. ===== From beighton155@yahoo.com: Trippy ===== From bfranke2@attbi.com: The image looks very flat, I think it needs a different camera position or change the location of the light source. The sky is very good, it's surprising what a few planes can do. ===== From ruy@hipernet.com.br: Cute. ===== From dapigg2000@yahoo.com: It's megabYtes and kilobYtes.... geesh. ===== From rclee@oklahoma.net: Good clouds. The picture seems busy. ===== From jrcsurvey@aol.com: Quirky style but the sense of individual isolation does come through. ===== From glenn@mccarters.net: Very fanciful. Good imagination. ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: Excellent modelling on the egghouse. I find that the phong or specular highlight is far too strong. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Definitely creative and original, and an interesting scene overall. I don't really get loneliness from it, though... for example, the guy on the top looks like he is enjoying getting away from everyone, and just relaxing and enjoying watching the clouds pass overhead. The sky doesn't seem to mesh well with the other elements of the scene. ===== From jl@artcom-gmbh.de: Too crowded for the "loneliness" feeling, I think. ===== From clem@dhol.org: In an attempt at multiple interpretations, you just lose focus and effect. The cartoony Mother Goose feel of the egg house detracts from the theme too. If you redid it a bit with the person on top nesting there alone, waiting to hatch the house to be, it might have been both funny and lonely (tricky combination!) and more effective.
