Friendly bit of advise: Find a way to get that out of poser and into something better for textures. The render would have taken far less time in povray or blender. I like the effects a little bit. The dude could use to be textured though.

I agree that the lighting is is very nice in the scene.  
The design on the key is also done very well.  I 
suspected that the close-up of the chain wasn't 
connected to the rest because the rest of it seemed too 
far away.

Has an interesting look to it... the blue works well to 
draw attention to the figure.  Somewhat confusing as to 
orientation... I keep wanting to think the figure is lying 
on the floor, with the camera pointed down at him.
