===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: I like this one, it definitely feels lonely. Good idea and nice details, but the objects all seem a bit too clean and shiny to be real. Also there's a lot of wierd sharp shadows, so I think it would look better with area lights. ===== From henry@unforgettable.com: very nice idea: everything a little too pristine tho, textures could have done with more "grubbiness". modelling v nicely done. ===== From arte3d@luisvaloyes.uni.cc: nice scene, I just think the metallic parts of the car looks too shiny, I know they are made of metal but they are so reflective that the entire car looks too new (unless that is the idea...) ===== From ojamies@cs.helsinki.fi: I think this needs more. Posters, info, more graffiti. Materials are too perfect. ===== From novotek@web.de: another "resident-evil" freak in here ? ===== From dapigg2000@yahoo.com: General notice: If there's graphiti, a good chance is that the rest wont be reflecting. It's pretty good though. I also doubt I'll ever find a subway car that empty in new york. ;) ===== From rclee@oklahoma.net: Good modeling and lighting. The textures are a bit too clean. ===== From glenn@mccarters.net: I too, decided to do an image of how you could feel lonely while still = having people all=20 around you. Which ended up being my "orange among the apples" theme. The cold uniform lighting adds to the air of lonliness in the scene. I think the image would be better with a single person, hunched over, = riding the subway. ===== From bill@apocalypse.org: This scene is very familiar... the Boston subway looks like this too ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: The modelling and lighting in the scene are done well. I like how you have used litter and graffiti to create a more realistic subway, however my feeling is that the seats look like they are in too perfect a condition. ===== From patrick@sypa.net: Breat but too much reflexions and too clean ;-) IMHO ! ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Nice use of simple objects to create a complex scene. The perfectly round depressions in the seats seem a bit odd to me. Good attempt at trying to dirty up the scene with trash, but it seems like it could use a lot more, especially toward the rear of the scene. ===== From clem@dhol.org: The graffiti helps some, but this scene really doesn't say "lonely" to me. The car ceiling seems very high to me. The seats are a bit neat, too. Depends on where you are, I guess.
