DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

It was a fairly simple scene to create. I modified an existing face model I had to smooth out the features on the head, like the mouth, eyes and ears. I copied the model and placed it randomly throughout the scene. I placed the same texture on every model, except for the black material on one of them. The sky in the background is just a plane with a few mixed noise maps applied to it. I also added a Film Grain and Color Balance (tinting the colours slightly yellow) Render Effect in Max and increased the gamma, contrast and brightness a little in PSP.
