The ripples look good on the water.  The sky could use with some more tone of
clouds to it.  I'm not sure if just using text falling from the sky was very
beneficial, it looks more like an advertisement than an art entry.
 BTW, if those rings on the water are supposed to be ripples, where is the
splash?  Shouldn't the text be a little lower?

This one is hard to judge.  Obviously it's essentially a spoof entry.  Still, it
shows definite originality that _could have_ been used to make a great picture.
 I'm giving this one very low grades on artistic and technical merit, but an
honorable (though not excellent) mark on originality.
